This was no easy task since the most stringent criteria had to be met in order to get the desired certifications: in particular, EN ISO 20471:2013 (Class 2) and OEKO-TEX^® Standard 100. Another hurdle that we had to take into account were the strict requirements of automobile manufacturers. Ultimately, a high-visibility safety vests has to not only meet minimum legal requirements, it also has to meet special functional and spacial requirements related to the car interior.

And we definitely met our goal. After several years of development work, Lightvate^® is going into series production and has booked its first success: even the leading sports car manufacturer in Germany has adopted Lightvate^® into its accessory range after extensive testing – with an individual and exclusive design.
